Bloomberry ranked highly in the Institutional Investor 2023 Asia Executive Team Survey (Overall)

The only Philippine enterprise to clinch a spot in the Most Honored Company list

Bloomberry Resorts Corporation (Bloomberry) was highly ranked in various categories in the 2023 Asia Executive Team survey by Institutional Investor Research. Bloomberry outperformed in the Asia-Pacific (Overall) Gaming & Lodging sector led by its Chairman and CEO, Mr. Enrique K. Razon Jr who was ranked 1st in the CEO category (Sell-side). Meanwhile, Bloomberry’s EVP, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, Ms. Estella Tuason-Occeña ranked 1st in the CFO category (Sell-side) and its Director for Investor Relations, Jonas R. Ramos, CFA ranked 1st in the Investor Relations Officer category (Sell-side). Bloomberry’s IR Program, IR Team, ESG and Board of Directors also achieved high rankings.

As Bloomberry placed well in all categories, it was also recognized as one of the Most Honored Companies in Asia-Pacific, the only Philippine company to make the list.

The results this year reflect a total of 6,474 investors, portfolio managers and analysts from 1,646 voter firms that participated in the survey, nominating a total of 1,608 companies and 2,504 individuals across 18 sectors. This includes 5,660 buy-side professionals from 1,488 buy-side companies with an estimated $2 trillion in Asia (ex-Japan) equities and 814 sell-side analysts from 158 companies.

The companies were rated on several core areas, including Financial Disclosure, Services & Communication and ESG as well as attributes for CEOs, CFOs and the Best IR Professionals.

In its website Institutional Investor says that for over 50 years, it “has been conducting independent research surveys with global investment professionals who evaluate and determine the best performing sell side research providers and CEOs, CFOs, IROs and IR Programs across Europe, Emerging EMEA, Asia Pacific, North America and Latin America. The research data independently captures evaluations of companies, brokers and executives from investment managers, broker firms and corporate issuers, to deliver detailed peer-to-peer comparative analyses every year; the feedback helps inform strategic decision making and improve resource and process management.”
