Bloomberry recognized in FinanceAsia’s Achievement Awards 2025

March 4, 2026 – In FinanceAsia’s Achievement Awards 2025, Bloomberry Resorts Corporation (Bloomberry) secured the Best Syndicated Loan - Philippines accolade for the P72 billion Syndicated Refinancing Facility which was executed in October 2024.

The accolade recognizes the company's innovative and forward-looking approach to refinancing its debt amid a declining interest rate environment, successfully syndicating a multi-billion-peso facility through a coalition of top-tier Philippine banks. This honor not only solidifies Bloomberry’s reputation for fiscal prudence but also signals a robust vote of confidence in the long-term growth trajectory of the Philippine Integrated Resort Industry.

The syndicate of lenders include BDO Unibank, Inc., Bank of the Philippine Islands, China Banking Corporation, and Philippine National Bank. BDO Capital and Investment Corporation served as lead arranger and sole bookrunner while BDO Unibank, Inc. – Trust and Investments Group is the security trustee, facility agent, and paying agent.
