Bloomberry refinances P40.0 billion Solaire North loan February 12, 2025 – In a signing ceremony held at Solaire Resort Entertainment City, Bloomberry Resorts Corporation (Bloomberry) subsidiaries Bloomberry Resorts and Hotels, Inc. (BRHI) and Sureste Properties Inc. (SPI), as borrowers, signed with a group of banks a P40.0 billion Syndicated Refinancing Facility.
